Gabriel Chiappini

Mr. Chiappini is a professional ASX Director with extensive experience in the capital markets and providing corporate advisory services. For the last 20 years he has been managing his own Consulting Firm offering Corporate Advisory and Company Restructure services including acting as Chairman, Non-Executive Director and other executive services to his mainly ASX listed clients. He has provided advice and services on equity raisings exceeding AUD$1.1bn, debt financing in excess of AUD$650m and assisted his clients with both divestment and acquisition strategies. Mr. Chiappini is a member of the AICD and CA ANZ and is currently Chair of Heavy Rare Earths Ltd (ASX:HRE) and Governance Chair/Non-Executive Director for Invictus Energy Ltd (ASX:IVZ). He also acts as, Governance Chair, Company Secretary for Middle Island Resources (ASX:MDI) and Voltaic Strategic Resources (ASX:VSR). Recently he served as the Head of Governance Australia, for Adriatic Metals plc from its IPO in 2018 through to the recent USD$1.3bn takeover by DMP Metals Inc (DPM.TO & ASX:DPM).
